Who drives the wedding cars?
Yes, all the wedding cars come with friendly, professional chauffeurs. They are not available for self-drive hire.
Are Food, Drinks, or Alcohol Allowed?
Unfortunately, no. Other than water no food or drinks can be consumed in the car. We can transport food provided by the caterer for the newlyweds if packaged properly. Additionally, there can be NO open alcohol inside the car. Alcohol will need to be stored in the trunk or boot of the vehicle.
How far in advance should I contact you?
A minimum of one (1) month before the day of your wedding with a deposit received within 48 Hours of the invoice being sent is requested. We will attempt to accommodate anything less than a month, but it will be subject to the availability of vehicles & drivers.
Is there a minimum rental time?
The minimum fee includes two (2) hours for wedding rentals. You are not required to take the full two hours but there is no discount for less than two hours.
Is there a maximum rental time?
Any rental of more than eight (8) hours for rentals needs to have special arrangements
Do you charge per hour or per event?
Per event and dependent on transportation and mileage throughout the day

What are the forms of payment?
Credit Card, CashApp, Venmo, & PayPal. Cash and checks can be arranged third (30) days before the wedding date.
Can we view the wedding cars before we book?
Yes, you are welcome to view the wedding cars. Please contact us to arrange a mutually convenient time, and this will enable us to ensure that the cars you wish to see are available at that time.
Do you use a car for more than 1 wedding a day?
On occasion, our cars may have more than one wedding booked for the day. However, we are very cautious not to book weddings too close to each other.
How do I go about booking my wedding car?
Send us a request for more information. Our response will include a link for a contract and an invoice. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is payable per wedding car when the contract is signed. The balance is due 30 days before the date of the wedding.
Can we smoke in the cars?
All our cars are strictly non-smoking.
What happens if the car(s) booked for my wedding day are not available?
It is our policy to maintain our cars to a very high standard. We regularly carry out work on our cars to stop this happening. However, on rare occasions, it can happen and when it does a suitable alternative is selected. We will attempt to notify you in a reasonable timeframe once the situation is discovered. If you are not happy with the cars offered and wish to cancel in order to book a car(s) with somebody else, we will give you a full refund of your booking fee.
Are your vehicles suitably insured for wedding work?
Yes, all our vehicles are insured for liability as well as comprehensive and collision.
Can the wedding car have ribbons or flowers?
All vehicles with prior approval can be dressed in ribbons, bows, and flowers at the renter's expense.
Do you provide vehicles for anything other than weddings?
Yes, we can accommodate proms, anniversaries, date nights, engagements, and photoshoots.
Is the Tip for the driver included?
We do not include in our invoice a suggested but customary driver gratuity of 10 to 15 percent for our drivers. A tip can be added to the invoice in addition to the rental fee which we do not retain. All tips belong to the driver. Exceptions to this are for rentals that go past midnight or on dates considered holidays. A 12% tip is automatically added.
What are the payment terms?
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation. The rental balance is due 30 days prior to the reservation and is non-refundable less than thirty (30) prior to the reservation. Transfers to another party or a different date are at the sole discretion of Michael Tedford Enterprises, LLC dba Royal Wedding Car.
Does it cost most to rent on holidays?
Yes, there is an additional $100 for holidays and holiday weekends. Additionally, a 12% tip for the driver is automatic
